We are consulting on some amendments to the scheme that will optimise the design and enable us to include more much-needed housing, including more affordable homes. These changes would not increase the height of the building, the size of the site or the design approach of the project. You can view a summary of our proposed changes below.

We held two webinars in December 2025 for members of the local community to hear about the proposed amendments from our site development team and ask questions.
